Fenway Cash

Wheelock College is a member of the Colleges of the Fenway. A Fenway Cash balance on your ID or Fenway Card will act as a debit card for purchases at Wheelock Dining Services , local vendors, laundry and vending services, and dining services at other Colleges of the Fenway. for further information see: www.fenwaycard.com.

Dining Dollars

Dining Dollars may be used like cash at any Wheelock Dining locations. Dining Dollars are not accepted at any other Colleges of the Fenway locations.

Lost Your Meal Card?

Losing your meal card can be costly. For your protection, please visit the one card office in the Pilgrim Student Center for deactivation of the lost card and a replacement card. There is a small fee for new cards

Dietary Requirements

Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact Bob Cirame in the Sodexo Campus Services Office at (617) 879.2404 or bcirame@wheelock.edu.

Dining Policies & Procedures

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

About Your Dining Meal Plan

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2010 - 2011 academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply drop by the Dining Services Office in the Campus Center.

Campus Block Meal Plan Options

Wildcat 290

A block of 290 all-you-care-to-eat meals plus $25 in
Fenway Cash per semester. Use them in Peabody Dining
Room or at Lucy's Cafe for a meal exchange. This plan
equates with the previous 19 Meal Plan (19 meals per week).

Wildcat 210

A block Plan of 210 all-you-care-to-eat meals plus $90 Dining Dollars
and $25 Fenway Cash per semester.

Wildcat 150

A block Plan of 150 all-you-care-to-eat meals plus $150 Dining Dollars and $75 Fenway Cash per semester.

Wildcat 110

A block Plan of 110 all-you-care-to-eat meals plus $200 Dining Dollars and $100 Fenway Cash per semester.

Changes in Meal Plans can be made during the first three weeks of each semester only. Simply drop by the Dining Services office in the Campus Center.

Commuter Block Meal Plan Options

Block 100 ($450)

A block plan of 100 all-you-care-to-eat meals

Block 50 ($250)

A block plan of 50 all-you-care-to-eat meals

Block 25 ($150)

A block plan of 25 all-you-care-to-eat meals

Purchases can be made with cash, credit or debit cards at Kelly's Campus Store.
