Catering Services
The Following pages reflect a variety of menu options created by our catering department here at Wheelock College. Our events range from a simple coffee service of ten, to an elaborate dinners for over 600 people, or more.

In this guide we have designed some features intended to make your event planning easier. Bring us your ideas and we will create an extravagant dining experience.

Custom Catering
In addition to what is offered in our guide our culinary and catering staff can create custom menus for your special event. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to help make your event a special occasion. To assist in planning your event, please consider the following:

Policies

Please allow 4 hours for setup of your function.

  • Delivery charge for events less than $50 is $15
  • Due to health regulations, it is the policy of Wheelock College's Catering Services that excess food from events cannot be removed from the event site. Items purchased for pickup should be properly stored prior to the event & removed & disposed of by the host of the event.
  • As the host of the catered event, you are responsible for the equipment we have provided for the service of your catered event. Any missing or damaged catering equipment or supplies will be charged to your account, at replacement costs.

Notice & Cancellation Requirements:

  • Breakfast & Afternoon Breaks: 3 business days
  • Luncheon or Dinner: 5 business days
  • Receptions: 7 business days
  • Cancellation with less than a 48 hour notice will require a 50% food and labor charge.
  • Events cancelled on the day of the event will be billed for the full amount.

Billing Requirements:

  • All bills are based on the guaranteed count provided 3 days prior to the event.
  • All prices quoted include plastic ware, linen, and skirting for all food tables. If you prefer china for your event, custom ordered linen, flowers or custom table linens, there will be additional fees.
  • A budget number is essential when placing your order. If you are paying by check, a 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due the day of your event.
